These Terms & Conditions apply to the optional text update program offered by The Hangout at Deckers.
SMS Terms
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from The Hangout at Deckers as described below.
What you may receive
Messages may include restaurant specials, live music and event announcements, weather-related closures, changes in hours, early-closing notices, and other Hangout updates.
Consent
By checking the SMS consent box and submitting your mobile number, you expressly agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from The Hangout at Deckers at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After an opt-out request, you may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help. If you previously replied STOP and want to resume messages, reply START or UNSTOP in your existing Hangout text thread.
Your mobile number
You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and that you are authorized to consent to text messages at that number. If your number changes or is reassigned, please opt out before giving up the number.
Delivery
Text delivery depends on mobile carriers and network availability and is not guaranteed. The Hangout may change or discontinue the text update program at any time.
Privacy
Our handling of mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
